About TSG
TSG 1861 Kaiserslautern e. V. (Turn- und Sportgemeinde) is the oldest and, with around 2,000 members, one of the largest grassroots sports clubs in the city. For over 160 years TSG has stood for community, sporting variety and the joy of movement – a home for all ages, rooted in the heart of Kaiserslautern.
Youth work is at the core of the club: a large share of our members are children and young people. Our offering spans classic and modern sports, rehabilitation and health courses, and programmes for children, teens, adults and seniors alike.
As a non-profit club our paid and voluntary staff commit to fairness, respect and equal opportunity. We actively oppose all forms of discrimination – the club is non-partisan and non-denominational.
