Contact, trial session & newsletter forms
When you use our forms (contact, trial session, newsletter) we process the data you provide solely to handle your request. The newsletter uses a double-opt-in process. For participants under 18, consent is given by a parent or guardian. Data is not shared with third parties without a legal basis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent for newsletter). Retention: contact and trial-session enquiries are deleted after at most 2 years; newsletter data immediately after unsubscription.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
