About the department
Welcome to the gymnastics department of TSG 1861 Kaiserslautern. Here you will find our current training programme for adults and seniors. Children's gymnastics is integrated into our Kinderwelt – you can find more about it in the Kinderwelt section.
Women's gymnastics trains on Thursdays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in the ante-hall of TSG Hall 1, led by Friederike Heusermann. Seniors' gymnastics takes place on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am, also in the ante-hall of Hall 1 (trainer: Ingo Marburger).
Men's and apparatus gymnastics (ages 16 and up) train on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the gym of the Bännjerrück school on Leipziger Straße. There is no training on days off school; this is free training without a fixed trainer, with Oliver Weitzel in charge.
