About the department
Weightlifting is about far more than raw strength. Above all it comes down to technique, speed, coordination — and the motivation to keep improving. What makes our club special is the sense of togetherness: here beginners train alongside competitive athletes and young people alongside adults, all with the same goal — to get better and to enjoy the sport.
The future of our sport lies with the next generation, and we develop it with all our energy. Our youth training is varied and focuses on well-rounded physical development. Our athletes lift at regional championships, in the state league (Landesliga) and in youth competitions. Our coaching team is made up of qualified and experienced coaches who value clean technique, individual support and long-term development.
