Charity match against the LOTTO Eleven: €15,000 raised

Looking back on the charity match: 11 goals and €15,000 raised. The game ended 6–5 to the LOTTO Eleven against the TSG Kaiserslautern over-40s selection. 450 spectators watched an eventful match.

Alongside the football magic, the good cause was also at the heart of the day in Kaiserslautern. At half-time, Petra Dick-Walther (former State Secretary) and Dr Falko Zink (Vice-President of the Sportbund Pfalz), representing Lotto Rheinland-Pfalz, presented a cheque for €15,000. Dr Stefan Kniele, Chairman of the Palliative Care Support Association at the Westpfalz-Klinikum e. V., accepted it with heartfelt thanks to everyone involved.
